Our strategy to internationalise
We have achieved significant growth in the last years in Malta and we are now leaders in the respective markets. Our vision and strategy are now based on expanding internationally. We have already established our presence in the UAE with the set up of a dedicated training centre. Furthermore, we have established recruitment related partnerships in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are currently in advanced discussions in relation to other healthcare-related business ventures within the MENA Region.
Quality in the services we provide
We pride ourselves in always seeking to achieve the best level of quality in all of our pillars. In fact, the goals of the organisational activities, including food production, assembly, delivery of meals, health and social care, cleaning, maintenance and management of the companies which we are partners with, are to ensure customer satisfaction, and therefore with quality as a recurrent value in all stages of production and services.
We can ensure that a top-quality level of service will be provided whilst also ensuring peace of mind for patients, who we are confident will be convinced of the quality of care they will be getting. The quality levels we will aim to achieve will be in line with those currently being achieved in Malta, where we currently operate.
Experience in managing complex logistics
The catering services we currently provide require complex logistical arrangements. This involves the ordering of the meals, delivery of meals from the Central Processing Unit to the relative sites, delivery of meals from storage to the place of consumption, collection of trolleys after consumption, cleaning and disposal. In addition to coordinating catering services, we are also responsible for managing and operating long-term care facilities.
