Overview
Over the years Kore Group has been entrusted with both the construction and the management of a number of residential care homes with varying types of resident requirements including independent living, low level care, high level care and residents with dementia or palliative care.
The most recent construction development took place in 2019 when The Kore Group constructed four new blocks covering 23,000 sqm to accommodate 504 high level care residential beds. The total capital expenditure for this Project, which includes a fully equipped on-site kitchen, was €40 million. Kore Group was successful in completing this project including the construction, finishing, and installation of equipment, as well as all the operational preparations, within a 12-month period, despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The project involved a first-of-its kind in many aspects including isolation rooms for infectious patients and hydrotherapy pools.

Operations
Today the group provides leadership, management, nursing, caring, facility management, housekeeping, laundry and catering services for residential care. The service is encompassed by policy, strategy, performance monitoring and periodic reporting to meet all quality and regulatory requirements.
